Refunds
Our store only offers refunds for damaged goods or missing parcels.
Drop us an email at halalmart@ff2group.com with an attached image of the broken or defective product (if applicable) and your order number. We will notify you on the status of your refund after investigating the issue.
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank's policies.
