Jamilah Mansor Sambal Kacang & Satay

This product comes in powder form enclosed within an aluminium packaging with a 1-year expiry date from the date manufactured. It is very popular during Eid  and Ramadhan as it can be enjoyed with other popular malay traditional dishes like lontong, nasi impit, ketupat and satay.

Instructions
1. Stir-fry cloves, cinammon stick, star anises and sliced onions.
2. Add in water and pandan leaves till the mixture boils.
3. Add in Sambal Kacang & Satay and cook till the oil separates.
4. Ready to Serve.
